Dr Muhammad Kashif Khan is an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 15 years of clinical experience in the United Kingdom and Australia. He provides evidence-based, holistic psychiatric care for adults, with expertise in the assessment and management of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and adult ADHD.
Dr Muhammad Kashif Khan is a Consultant Psychiatrist who has been practicing psychiatry for over 15 years. After completing his initial postgraduate training in the United Kingdom, he joined the Psychiatry Training Programme in 2008. He achieved Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK) and holds a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Adult Psychiatry.
He worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the United Kingdom for several years before relocating to Australia in September 2021. He has since achieved Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) and is also on the Specialist Register.
Dr Khan has worked across both rural and urban mental health services, gaining extensive experience in the assessment, management, and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and adult ADHD. He incorporates a holistic biopsychosocial model of care, combining up-to-date evidence-based medicine with personalised treatment to support the mental health and wellbeing of his patients.
