Existing ADHD reviews may be suitable for patients seeking review or confirmation of a previous diagnosis, transfer of care, medication review, treatment optimisation, or ongoing specialist management, where clinically appropriate and at the discretion of the treating psychiatrist.

Previous reports, assessments, and treatment records are extremely helpful and we strongly encourage patients to provide these before their appointment. However, psychiatrists are required to undertake their own independent clinical assessment and review before making diagnostic, treatment, or prescribing decisions.
