We are a mixed billing practice. Our administration team will help you understand the cost of our service prior to your attendance.

All other patients will be privately billed but Medicare rebates are available.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) card holders are billed to DVA.

Fees for subsequent visits may attract a private fee, please contact our administration team, admin@hellodoc.com.au for further information.

Patients who do not have a Medicare Card will be charged privately; full payment is required at time of booking.

Complex assessments such as Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attention deficit disorder (ADD) and Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are charged at our private fee rate. The private fee must be paid prior to the appointment but Medicare rebates are available.

Telepsychology charges vary for each therapist, please contact our administration team admin@hellodoc.com.au for further information.
