At HelloDoc, we aim to make specialist mental healthcare clear, accessible, and straightforward. Our fee structure is designed to help patients understand appointment costs, estimated Medicare rebates, payment requirements, and billing conditions before booking.
The fees listed below apply to new patient appointments booked on or after 1 June 2026.
Patients whose appointments were booked before 1 June 2026, as well as existing patients currently under the care of our psychiatrists, will continue to be charged in accordance with the fee schedule applicable to their existing booking or treatment pathway.
We encourage all patients to review the applicable fees prior to booking. If you are unsure which fee structure applies to you, our Administration Team will be pleased to assist.
By proceeding with a booking, patients acknowledge and accept the applicable fees in effect at the time of booking. To ensure any concerns can be addressed appropriately, fee-related enquiries should be raised before booking an appointment. Requests for retrospective fee adjustments will not be available after booking or once an appointment has been confirmed or attended.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Consultation fees vary depending on the type of appointment and the clinician providing your care. Our team will confirm your consultation fee and any applicable Medicare rebate when your booking is arranged.
