Dr Reza Abdollahnejad is a Clinical Psychologist from the Australian Psychology Board. He is also a credential DBT clinician. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society & College of Clinical Psychologists (MAPS), the American Psychological Association (APA), Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) as well as The International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS). He has been working as a clinical psychologist for over 20 years with a variety of client groups, in both public and private settings. He has been working broadly across mental health and university settings. He is also a senior clinical lecturer. His approach to therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, to best help clients with a variety of issues.
